For instance, our waterproofing professionals are trained by CIDC-IITD, our fireproofing experts are trained by Promat (an Etex Group company, Belgium), and our fire door personnel receive training from Hormann and Bhartiya Skill Development University, Jaipur. This extensive training ensures that our team is fully prepared to handle the challenges of each project, employing the right methodologies for optimal results.

Meet Our Leadership
Saifuddin Attarwala
Mr. Saifuddin , NPS’s co-founder, is a Chartered Civil Engineer with more than 48 years of professional experience of project management of infra, real estate an environmental project in India and abroad.
He has participated in several projects like- Al Jamea Tus Saifiyah University (Nairobi), a 5-star hotel in Bandra, Mumbai, and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia and Oman and World Bank’s Marine Outfall project for Mumbai City’s Sewage Disposal.
He is an IIT alumnus in Civil Engineering and has additional proficiency in MS Project Planning and Fire Risk Assessment & Fire Safety.
His extensive and varied experience on different projects has made him a thought leader of the Company and provides advice on Technical & Quality aspects of the projects. He is active in various professional institutions and has travelled globally for project studies and material sourcing.

Ebrahim Attarwala
Mr. Ebrahim Attarwala joined the Noble Group in 2001 and, together with Mr. Gulamhusein Tyebaly, co-founded Noble Protective Systems in 2007 as the contracting arm of the Group. Following Mr. Tyebaly’s retirement, Mr. Attarwala continues to lead the firm as Managing Partner.
Under his leadership, the company has expanded into Madhya Pradesh and introduced a dedicated Passive Fireproofing division. With expertise in waterproofing, concrete repairs, grouting, and specialized systems, he is known for delivering durable, high-performance solutions for complex projects. His deep knowledge of material behavior—its reactions, limits, and compatibilities—ensures the right products and methods are applied for lasting results.
Mr. Attarwala holds certifications in Infrared Technology from the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), Harvard Business School CORe in leadership and decision-making, and BIRA (Saudi Arabia) for globally benchmarked skills. Widely trusted as a consultant on major projects, his technical insight and innovation continue to drive Noble Protective Systems’ success.

Mohammed Attarwala
With over 10+ years of experience in the fire protection industry, Mr. Mohammed Attarwala is a leading expert in Design & Installation of Passive Fireproofing Systems, specializing in Firestopping, Structural steel protection, Fire-rated Partitions & Ceilings, Duct Protection etc. He has successfully delivered fire protection solutions for a diverse range of projects, including Residential, Data Centers, Hospitals, Hotels, Commercial Complexes and High-rise buildings across 70+ Projects.
Holding a Diploma in Fire Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, Mr. Attarwala combines technical expertise with strategic business insight, making him adept at managing both the technical and commercial aspects of fireproofing projects. His skills in technical reviews, system selection, and proposal preparation ensure that each project is equipped with the most effective and efficient fire protection solutions.
A certified Fire Auditor, Mr. Attarwala is member of several professional organizations, including the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the Fire and Safety Association of India (FSAI), and the Firestop Contractors International Association (FCIA). His active participation in these institutions underscores his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in fire protection and staying at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies in the industry.

Azhar Kagalwala
With over 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing, Mr. Azhar Kagalwala has been an integral part of Noble Protective Systems, heading the Pune Division for the past 15+ years. His leadership and strategic vision have been crucial in establishing Noble’s presence in the Pune market, driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships.
Known for his exceptional negotiation skills, Mr. Kagalwala is adept at securing orders and overseeing smooth project operations. His extensive experience allows him to effectively manage the complexities of project planning and execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Despite his extensive experience, Mr. Kagalwala exemplifies the belief that "age is just a number," consistently demonstrating remarkable hard work, dedication, and a relentless commitment to achieving success.

Mudar Kagalwala
A young and dynamic addition to Noble Protective Systems, Mudar Kagalwala joined the company immediately after graduating in 2021. A M.E Structural Engineer, he is well-versed in design codes and structural analysis software. His current role focuses on Passive Fire Protection, where his specialization in Performance-Based Design of Structures in Fire Conditions brings immense value to the analysis and implementation of passive fire protection systems. Mudar’s expertise spans across waterproofing membranes, firestopping, fire-rated partitions and ceilings, fire doors, and structural strengthening systems, allowing him to contribute comprehensively to various aspects of fire protection and structural integrity.
Mudar is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the Institute of Engineers, the Institution of Structural Engineers, the Indian Society of Structural Engineers, the Architects, Engineers & Surveyors Association, and the MEP Engineers Association. He has also undergone specialized training in several areas, such as:

Juzer Lala, the Regional Head of Noble Protective System (NPS), Indore, is a graduate from DAVV University, Indore. With over 15 years of experience in the field, his primary objective is to drive business growth, expand NPS distribution network, and strengthen its relationships with clients and partners. He is committed to delivering exceptional results, driven by his passion for excellence and his dedication to NPS’s organization's values. His extensive experience in the industry has equipped him with the skills to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Under his management, Noble Protective System, Indore, has an exclusive channel partnership with Hormann, a global leader in metal and wooden doors, as well as industrial products. The partnership enables NPS to offer a comprehensive range of solutions to its clients, catering to their diverse needs. Additionally, NPS Indore are distributors and applicators of waterproofing and passive fire proofing products and services, ensuring that its clients receive the best possible protection for their assets.
